Refund Policy Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product is damaged during shipping, please send a photo and description, and we will discuss a replacement or refund.
Returns Policy For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell soaps or unsealed products for hair, face, or body. Therefore, returns of these items are not accepted. If we made an error (incorrect or defective item), please notify us within 7 days to request a refund or new shipment.
If a product is damaged during shipment, report it within 3 days of delivery, and provide images of the damaged box and/or product so we can file an insurance claim with USPS. Once we receive your report and photos, we will ship out a new product.
We do not accept returns for scent preferences or allergic reactions. We offer affordable sample sizes for customers to try our products before making a larger investment. We want your experience with South Grove Soap Works to be positive, so please contact us if you are unhappy, and we will try to rectify the situation.
To return an item due to our error (excluding soaps or unsealed products for hair, face, or body), login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will process your request and notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Orders returned to us unopened due to incorrect address or not picked up within the required timeframe from the USPS facility will be subject to a 20% handling fee if the customer does not want the purchased items reshipped.

Some people are allergic to natural ingredients, such as oils derived from nuts. Individuals with nut allergies should use caution. Pregnant women should also use caution with certain products.
